Hi everybody
My problem concerns NFS mount between a kubuntu 6.06 client and a Debian Sarge NFS server.
My client is on a given class C subnet and the server is on another subnet. I cannot mount an exported NFS partition from the server on my Kubuntu client. The server receives the request, the client is waiting for response a long tiome and then says he cannot read the superblock
The mount operation goes well when the machines are on the same network
The problem doesn't occur when the client is a Debian sarge, Fedora Core 4 or Knoppix on different subnets
I guess the problem comes from kubuntu NFS library
The timeout is already 60s I rather don't want to increase it.
Thanks for any answer
Laurent
