Hi,
I have been looking for HowTo docs for networking. What I have found is a little too complicated: using a dedicated computer to share internet connections and all of that. I have my router already which shares the internet connection just fine.
Here’s my setup:
Here’s what I’d like to do: set up shared folders so that each computer can see/create/modify files on the other regardless of the OS which is running.
Bonus : if someone knows of a HowTo for VMware so that I can run my windows setup while leaving Linux running that would be much more better.
Thanx for any info.

Here’s my setup:
- One PC 100% Kubuntu Dapper (2 hard disks all on ext3)
- One PC with a dual boot Kubuntu and Windows XP (one hard drive with three partitions: NTFS, fat32, and ext3)
- One router
- Everything connected with cables
