Switiching to double click mode in mouse click

i migrated from ubuntu to kubuntu. if i want to change the default link clicking mode in mouse in kde to double click mode as it is in windows and gnome how i can
is it possible??
and one question more. what is rss feed of kubuntu forums so i can add it in akregator

got it.
it is ok know.
a network related question why codeine and other media players can not play from a shared network folder.
i can easily see films etc from windows netwrok on windows os. it was possible also in gnome but totem had a bad problem buffering after every 10 seconds but here in kde i can not play this even.
