Sync drive

Are there better programs then usync and unisync out there. these are not well documented.

It might help if you described what you're trying to do. As far as I know, usync is an rsync front end, whereas unisync is a means of synchronizing PDAs with desktops. There are a number of programs of both genres, but I don't know what to suggest.
