Kernel Image Upgrade leaves out Network

Adept installed the latest Kernel Image on my system today and I've lost my Network setting in the 'System Setting' under Networking. I've booted up using the old kernel image and am wondering is there some module or something that is missing in the new kernel image? How do I install my network setting hardware into this new kernel?

You may need to install the "restricted" kernel image as well.

    Check /etc/apt/sources.list

Where ever you see a deb line with "dapper main" or "dapper-security main", make sure there is "restricted" on the end as well.
