Probs to enable access to directories in network

I have no chance to configure the network-access to Kubuntu.
I see the window in system-mode to configure access via samba but can't change the settings.
    What is the problem?

    Hi,

Did you click on the admin button on the bottom right ? you're using systemsettings ?
If you don't see this button and you're using systemsettings as normal user, it may mean three things :
    - samba is not installed, install it by adept
    - your kde is one of the buggy version, upgrade to kde 3.5.3
    - you've found a bug...
I hope for you it's not last one

    Hope it helps

Samba was not installed. I installed it via Adept and now i am able to access to the server from Windows. But now the problem is, that i must give user and password in windows but the correct inputs will not work fine - it ask me again and again.
I think i configured samba correctly.
How can i access to the Kubuntu / Samba?
