I have the Dapper install of Kubuntu and I have a weird networking problem. I have a broadcom NetXtreme 57xx network card and it works fine until I wish to access HTTPS sites (HTTP works fine). I always get an authentication error.
Secondly I also have problems accessing vlanned networks.
Is there any workaround? I've noticed kubuntu uses the Tigon3 driver which is also included in the liveCD Auditor and there my nic works great...
