I've wanted to switch to Linux for the past five years and each time I've tried, there has been some limitation with Linux that made it impractical. The last time I tried I found that no version of Linux seemed to be able to deal with my wireless and wired print servers. I have three of them connected to three different printers (plus a HP C6180 with built in ethernet.) Five different home computers are on the wireless network. (A DSL modem/router)
Will kubuntu work with a DP-311P wireless parallel print server or a Trendnet TEW-P1PG wireless parallel server? Or a wired DP-301P+ fast ethernet server? They are set up with TCP/ip addresses.
