kubuntu boot form floppy (dos prompt?)

Hola,

i am new to this whole thing swo please be patient. I am trying to install kubuntu on an old PC that will not allow me to boot from CD. I believe it is a Pentium 1 133mhz w/ 10mb of RAM? I can get it to boot to DOS and have acess to the CD but I am lost from there. Please help!

Alan,

I'm afraid, but your attempt to install *buntu on a machine with the specifications you posted is definitely doomed to failure ... I would recommend to give Damn Small Linux a try, which is customized for "antique" hardware like yours.
