I have a Single Hard Drive that Duel Boots Windows XP and Kubuntu Linux. I can now get into windows XP just fine however how do I reinstall grub so I can get back into Linux

Can you give a bit more info? Do you get a grub menu when you switch on your computer? Does it give you a choice of windows/linux? Does something fail if you choose linux?Comment

When I boot the PC I have the standard boot screen.

Windows recovery console
I use to have an option for Lunux at the top but now I have just these two items

This is if you had linux installed and you then installed windows, wiping Grub off the MBR:

Follow the 4th guide (Using the Desktop/LiveCD and Overwriting the Windows bootloader)
The (hd0,6) i the guide means hard disk 0 and partition 6, but in your case the 6 would be whatever partition you installed kubuntu on.
