    DJ software

    hi ,ive just graduated with a bachelors degree in computer science and opened up my small IT firm im ma dads garage called "innovation Open" or "i@pen" now my services are Networks ,Graphics ,Disco /music .im currently using kubuntu OS but i need to know any DJing software(like PCDJ for windows) that may work on the linux platform and can recognise my sound card and mixer so that i use my mixer to mix .my company strictly uses open source to develop anything thats why its called Open.

    I'm not sure exactly what you're looking for. Please take a look at Dbmix, Gjay, and Mixxx.

        Audacity is a full featured sound editor. It seemed to me that the O.P. probably wanted something that working in real time, so I suggested the closeest things i could find in the (K)Ubuntu package files. These packages are all open enough to be included in Ubuntu.
