install to another hdd

Lets say I already have Kubuntu installed on one hard drive, can I run an install from that hard drive to another hard drive hooked up in the system?

Without having to use the CD again.

More specifically I'm looking to run the install from one IDE drive and install Kubuntu spanned accross (not RAID) 4 SCSI hard drives.
