    error opening /dev/wacom...AAAARRRRRGGGHH

What the heck is /dev/wacom.  This is a load of crap.  I logged in this a.m. and took care of some business and logged out.  Now  can't login AGAIN.  Now it is:
    error opening /dev/wacom.
/etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc: line 9 /etc/X11/xsession: no such file or directory
waiting for xserver to shutdown freefont path: FPE "/usr/share/X11/Fonts/misc"
refcount is 1 should be 2: fixing
tried dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg and dpkg-reconfigure -phigh xserver-xorg with no success. There was one post that had the same error and no solution that i could find after googling.
What in the world is going on.  From one freaking problem to the next.  HELP
    Charlie
I tried Enlightenment once, it was pretty cool.

Another idea, maybe you should check about /etc/X11/xorg.conf, there's modification to make check in the forum about BadDevice and wacom...

      Cheers
