where is boot.log?

I have searched the wiki and the forum and although a few more people asked this question I sill did not find the answer.
KsystemLog reports: var/log/boot.log doesn't exist. I also did a system wide search for boot.log with no result.

You can run the command "dmesg | less" from a konsole, or you can look in /var/log/dmesg with konqueror
