grub Error 15 on install

    grub Error 15 on install

    I have a grub error 15 after the reboot of my pc.
    I installed it from live cd and everything worked fine...until I had to restart. After it exits graph mode and advises me to close the tray and press enter for restart the PC is blocked... i waited even 10 min and didn't reboot.
    This has happened for 3 times.
    installing directly (not running live cd) does not work for me ( I tried on 3 computers).
    BTW I am using kubuntu 6.06 beta 2 dvd for i386

    Grub error 15 means file not found. So everything did NOT work fine when you tried to install from the linve cd. I would advise you to download the Kubuntu Desktop CD of the release version of Kubuntu 6.06 The developers may have fixed the problem you had between the beta 2 DVD and the final release. They certainly fixed a number of problems in the rest of the software.

      I've instaled 5.10 and then updated from the dvd i had. It worked well.
