I really like it alot and it seems more snappier. I also upgraded to kde 3.5.3 and it just gets better with every release.

Im very impressed.

I decided to try linux again with breezy, on my laptop.
(the last time i tried i was probably about 16 and it was redhat 5.2)
It was good once i got everything setup. i had to go through alot
of paint to get my ATI card to work, then my battery meter, then my usb
drivers, then my microsoft wireless notebook mouse,
anyway, after a week of fiddling i got most stuff to work, but because my
wireless was so patchy and unreliable i kind of died off using it.

So, thought Id give dapper a whirl, and WOW.
everything 'just worked'

all ive done is re-install the ati drivers, but atleast x-window
would load with vesa drivers, unlike breeezy!!

now im wifi-ing and burning cds and watching topgear videos and, well,
just wow.

if only i can get my tablet going with gimp, and games running smoothly,
with multiplayer. then Im sold.

i hope so. im so sick of windoze.
