KDE Panel - Lost In Space

Upgrade to Dapper using Adept, i.e., fetch updates

Have fixed a few things that didn't install correctly.
I have a big problem here in Little Chinatown, the KDE panel is not loading; it has no start menu, no icons, can't switch desktops - I mean nothing is there but the panel.

Anyone know how I can fix this?

Hi,

Last time I've seen it, I've removed content of the folder ~/.kde/share/config/ and the file ~/.kderc when I was out of kde and I've logged in again, it reappeared
