Beta 2 vs Flight 7

I just installed Kubuntu 6.06 Beta 2 yesterday, so of course today Flight 7 comes out. What's new in Flight 7, and does Beta 2 + apt-get [dist-]upgrade = Flight 7?

Beta 2 plus all the updates should equal Flight 7.

Are the "Flight" versions considered less stable than the "Beta" versions? Does anyone know why the two different labels?

Flight = Alpha
Beta = Beta

Alpha's are less stable than betas. The alpha's are just the daily versions that are free of showstopper bugs. The Beta's are worked on a bit more extesively, and they are released a month before the Final Release.
