Mounting a Dvd

Does anybody know how to mount a DVD in kubuntu, I've tried many different ways that I've found on the internet but non of the seem to work, some message appears on the console.

I even tried dowloading a program that does that for me "Gmount" but it didn't work

Can anyone tell me what to do?
