I have tried both the kubuntu and ubuntu live cd's Dapper flight 4 on my laptop.. Packard Bell H5 series. Both live cd's give problems. X will not start. So no GUI
Fatal server error: no screens found XIO fatal IO error 104
and something with the hda, hdc and ide. (DriveReady SeekComplete error)
Tested it on my ancient :P desktop computer and it had no problems with the live cd's. So I think there is some sort of support problem. I have made foto's of the errors screens so If there are developers or others who wish to see them to maby fix the problem, contact me on aljoscha84@wanadoo.nl.
