Kubuntu on Apple MacBook Pro

Hey all!

Not that I am sure I'll afford one, but I plan purchasing a MacBook Pro from Apple. As there are too many unique things I love about Linux, I'll be installing it there. But I am wondering if the upcoming Kubuntu release will include some specifics the new MacBook may require - like support for EFI (which replaces BIOS) and that new ATI card.

AFAIK, it's a no to both, especially the EFI. would be pretty sweet though.
