Heya,
Im having some problems with an old IBM T20 Thinkpad which i use for college stuff, basically because its old and wont get stolen plus it gives me an excuse to run linux. :P
Everything so far is working ok apart from the sound.
After booting the laptop the sound works perfectly but when I suspend it and then bring it back the sound will not work at all and i get the following error message:
Artmessage
fatal error sound server, CPU overload
And then it just has a close button.
Ive tried changing the sound Server to ALSA, OSS etc but nothing works and a reboot is needed to make the sound work again.
Lastly the laptop has a Cirrus Logic CS 4614/22/24 CrystalClear SoundFusion Audio Accelerator which is listed after doing lspci -v
Thanks for any help
