I have 'Added' it and I have searched linuxprinting's site. They have nothing on this model.
The printer appears happily connected, and the test page says 'sent' but no action takes place. I have used the correct driver.
So am I missing something basic?
Kubuntu works like a dream for everything else, but if it wont print...!!
I go: System Settings - Printers - Add.
It is using CUPS (whatever that is) and seems to be localhost etc and port number as per instructions.
And yes, connect up the old Windows machine and it prints fine.
The only doubt I have is that nowhere does the 8150 actually get listed - I have to use the 8100. Is this what is wrong. Anyone got one out there working, please?
