Hi
(I'm new to Linux!) I'm trying to complete a dual monitor set up. As far as I can see I’ve done the hard work. I have the dual monitor configuration up and running and it wasn’t too painful.
Only problem is Kubuntu doesn’t remember where I’m placing windows whilst working! For example say I open Kontact and drag it to my secondary monitor. If I then close and reopen Kontact it will open back up on the primary monitor.
This is the same for every program and window. They will always open on my primary monitor and never open where they were last closed (which is what is mean to happen!)
So it seems for some reason that Kubuntu isn’t remembering where I’m closing windows. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Jon.
