No visible mouse pointer

Hi,

After installing Kubuntu I had problems with the display so I installed the nvidia drivers by doing a sudo apt-get install nvidia-glx and sudo nvidia-glx-config enable. After that it didn't work so I did what is described here https://help.ubuntu.com/community/NvidiaTroubleshooting and it worked except now i can't see the mouse pointer but i know is there because i can see the icons being selected.

Does anybody know how to fix this?

I have an Geforce FX 5500.

Fixed it.

I added the lines
Option "HWCursor" "off"
Option "SWCursor" "on"

To the device section in the xorg.conf file and know I can see the mouse pointer.

I post this here just in case anybody has the same problem.
