I have a Canon i550 printer, and I can't get it to work. The BJC-7100 driver is supposed to work, but I get an error message when I try to use it.

I have a i350. After get tire of search for a linux driver, I decided to buy TurboPrint for linux. It cost $30, but it work. I even wrote Canon USA about my problem and they wrote me back that they not support Linux and they have no intention of support it. Just because someone decided it. You can try Canon Japan, they have drivers for Linux. I tried but fail to make my printer work. Maybe you will have a better luck.
