    Weird Dual Head Issue

Ok i am getting this weird dual head problem with my setup. Basically i have it spanned the way i like it but the cursor stops as soon as it hits my second monitor even though my second monitor is displaying the background graphic.

    Here is my hardware

    ATI X1900XT
    20.1" Viewsonic LCD @ 1680x1050
    17" Philips LCD @ 1280x1024
