Network printer setup using printer wizard

I have been trying unsuccessfully to install a network printer under Kubuntu 6.06 using the "Add printer/class" under the printer wizard.

Since it is a TCP/IP printer, with its own network card, and I have given it a manual IP address [192.168.1.100] I enter the given IP address in the proper box, and then it asks for port. What goes in this box? Where do I find out the proper value for this box?

    TIA.

    Probably L1.

If this is not correct, to get my netgear printserver set up I did a google search with "netgear wgps606 linux" and found a tutorial where wgps606 is the model.
