I NEED BIG HELP!!! Setting Problems

I was messing with my settings trying to fix another video problem when I reselected my ATI Video driver I selected the wrong one in the system setting section , now x won't start and I don't know how to manually change my graphic driver back to the orginal. Can anyone help me fiqure out away to fix this problem.
