How do I append Kernel boot line of live cd?

My netgear PCMCIA wifi card is not dected due to irq buss routing problm.
How do I add pci=assign-busses when booting the live cd?

If I remember correctly, in the boot loader's menu, [F6] "Other Options" (?) should open a command line of sorts at which you could enter the additional parameter(s) - for the upcoming session only (just to mention that as well).
