Dvb-s card driver and module problem

I have a dvb -s card and it`s drivers written for old kernel(2.4.x).How can i make it work with kubuntu ?

This is my driver for old kernel http://mihd.net/h9y1es it is open source.

If we make it work how can we make an interface for kaffeine or other dvb players under linux?

Please help me this is my only reason for windows to be on my pc.

The link you posted doesn't seem to be working, but you should probably try to find a driver for 2.6 kernel. Look at http://www.linuxtv.org/ and http://www.linuxdvb.tv/. Once you get the card recognized by the driver, KPlayer and Kaffeine will see it automatically.
