Should I install Vulkan?

I have just installed 20.10 and I'm using an AMD Radeon RX 580 graphic card.

I don't know if it's recommendable to install Vulkan or not, so, what do you think?

I'm not a video game developer.

There may not be anything to install, you may already have it -- check and see if you have mesa-vulkan-drivers, and vulkan-tools
It won't hurt, and of course it will be useful for games that use it. if you install Steam , these may be installed as dependencies.

If you don't play games, it is not necessary to have, I think. But it won't hurt or break anything

There is not special reason. I have downloaded the ISO from kubuntu.org.

It's not a "production" PC, I have just assembled and I'm testing. It's a chinese mainboard with a Xeon, and it runs really well.
