Ubuntu Cleaner Not Installing

i've used the below instructions for installing ubuntu cleaner, bur keep getting the below error in konsole. i've opened synaptic, gone to settings, filters, selected broken, selected all, ok, custom filters, broken, reload and nothing found.

sudo apt install software-properties-common
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:gerardpuig/ppa
sudo apt update
sudo apt install ubuntu-cleaner

Log in (or create first) to your Launchpad account and then contact the ppa maintainer.
