[SOLVED] Firefox not displaying new logo in menus / taskbar

Bit OCD this one but running the latest 19.10 with the 5.17 backport (running smoothly) got Firefox 70.0.1 installed and was expecting to see the new Firefox logo / icon but get the same old crappy one in menus and icons-only task manager bar.

I replaced and then created a new empty panel and used that default taskbar and still get the old crappy FF icon. Went to 'edit applications' and saw the new icon there so changed it but it doesn't stick when you save configuration.

I've always despised that logo/branding since 'Phoenix' became 'Firefox'. Anyway, any fixes for this?

    Thanks

Clear 'all' caches and then reboot.

Found the Firefox cache folder and file and deleted, rebooted and got the updated icon back. Thanks for the nudge.
