[SOLVED] Slow Internet speed with wired connection

I recently reinstalled 19.10 and I am getting slow internet speeds. 85mbps and it should be 150mbps. Works fine on my other ubuntu based machines, but
I just can't figure this one machine out. It was working fine before the reinstall.
Can anyone help me diagnose this?

K-Menu > Settings > Connections

Make sure your wired connection is selected, and make sure auto-negotiation is enabled. When I installed 19.04, and 19.10 fresh, both had it disabled by default. No idea why.
