I have installed ZuluCrypt, and nothing shows up, when I try to create an encrypted container in a hard drive. Same exact thing works just fine with KDE neon. I have checked the installation, and the installed programs are identical with KDE neon. All you see is a blank screen, and no volume shows up. Is there a software compatibility issue with Kubuntu 19.04?
