System: Kubuntu 19.04 minimal install option, fully updated, default, system fonts.
As the image shows, the first four menu items in Gwenview show "No text". The sub-menus are normal.
Other applications seem normal.
Is this a known issue?

Seems to be a known issue arising sometimes when attempting to edit an application's GUI:
