Kubuntu 19.04 Stalls install

The install stops at "Updates and other software". Several other linux distros install fine. Tried with two different drives.

Secure Boot on. Tried with it off. same result. Unchecked Download updates. No difference.

edit: I noticed I'm in wrong sub-forum. Where to?. Couldn't find "disco" forum.

The 19.04 Pre-release sub-forum won't be open until March 28. Prior to then, if you have issues, see https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ReportingBugs
