Application Launcher does not open when meta key is pressed

I am a newbie using kubuntu 18.10 since a few days. I always pressed meta key to open the Application Launcher but it's not working anymore.
Also I configured the left top corner to open the Application Launcher when I move with the mouse to the corner and this doesn't work too. The only option to open the Application Launcher is to click on the symbol on the panel.
This happened after I created a new Panel with Latte Dock.
The same thing happened the first time I installed Kubuntu after using it for some hours and then I installed Kubuntu again and it worked until now.
The meta key is working fine with shortcuts.
It seems that the problem is not the meta key because the screen edge also doesn't work.

So what could be the problem here? I don't want to configure everything new again.

In my ~/.config/kwinrc was no [ModifierOnlyShortcuts] section and

[ModifierOnlyShortcuts]
Meta=org.kde.plasmashell,/PlasmaShell,org.kde.PlasmaShell,activateLauncherMe nu

did not work. But I added

[ModifierOnlyShortcuts]
Meta=org.kde.lattedock,/Latte,org.kde.LatteDock,activateLauncherMenu

and now it works.
