Since upgrading to 18.10, Kate's filebrowser plug-in seems pretty gimped.
The column headers are no longer resizable. This is creating a pretty large headache.
Since I can't adjust the column widths, there's also no "whitespace" where I can right-click to create a new file or directory in the current folder -- unless there's a very short listing of files in the given directory.
I've tried deleting all of my Kate configuration files, disabling and re-enabling the plug-in, and other things... I can't seem to resolve this. Surely this isn't a "feature" of 18.10?
