    [Installation] USB stick?

I downloaded the ISO now how do I get it onto my stick? I tried moving it from downloads to the stick drive. No boot. I just tried using k3bd -in 18.04-, but there is no option to burn to the stick, only disk.
Just to remind users and devs that Ubuntu and its flavors have a long way to go to be as usr friendly as they should be.

It was the FS. I deleted the partition. I made a new one using FAT32. I tried again. I am now running the Live version of Cosmic. Now to see if NVIDIA 396 works.

Driver Manager still says the 390 driver is best. That's not the latest. Driver Manager is a little slow. Maybe the USB stick is slower than my SSD.

If I install this version will it upgrade to the final release when it comes out?
