During installation of the distro (Kubuntu 18.10 and also 16.04) I select Europe/Brussels as region
When I hover the mouse over the date/time indication in the system tray, it shows the date in german.
When I open system settings/regional settings/Formats, and set the region to België-Vlaams (nl_BE),
the detailed settings of numbers, time, currency, measuring units are all set to "Belgien-Deutsch (de_BE).
For me it is a bug that when setting the region to "Belgie-Vlaams (nl_BE)", all the settings remain set to "Belgien-Deutsch (de_BE)"
Also the default settings for region Belgium are wrongly set to German.
As the majority of Belgium people is flemisch (about 55% speak flemisch (Vlaams), 38% speak French, and 7% speak German), the default settings for Belgium should be België-Vlaams (nl_BE).
