    Audio Volume Control Icon Gone

I now find that the Audio Volume Control Icon in the System Tray is not showing. I have tried adding a default panel and that also does not have an Audio Volume Control showing. It is also not present in the hidden icons.

How can I get it back?

Right mouse on the system tray area and choose system tray settings.
    Make the settings shown:

I am dealing with Cosmic and I have already done that and know all about that option. What I get on cosmic does not include Audio. What I get is shown below.

Do you have the "plasma-pa" package installed?

No it wasn't installed and when I installed it, the volume icon came back. Rather odd that it wasn't installed!

Thanks very much for locating the source of my problem.

I just did an install of 18.10 (kvm/qemu) and it's there by default now:
            Code:
            plasma-pa:
            Installed: 4:5.12.6-0ubuntu2
            Candidate: 4:5.12.6-0ubuntu2
            Kubuntu 20.04

@GreyGeek thank you so much for this info!

Can you believe I've been wanting for a couple of months or so to go on kde's forum to suggest for them to create something similar, especially to hide some icons and not showing others all the time except when they are being used, and the only reason I didn't do it yet is because I was waiting to check if this function was on kde 5.13? How embarrassing would it be when they answered something like: "dude... that already exists!"
