When I want to check for updates in Discover comes the error The PackageKit daemon has crashed. How to resolve this?

On advice of others on this forum I started to use Muon Package Manager. All the problems I had with Discover disappeared with Muon. I recommend that you install it if it is not already installed. When updates are available just open Muon and click on Upgrade button. It will show you all the updates then click on Apply. The latest version of Discover on Neon seems to have fixed the problems. However I still use Muon to do my updates even on Neon.
