Startup Disk Creator - how do I invoke it?

I'm running Kubuntu 18.04 and I want to use Startup Disk Creator. How do I invoke it? Right clicking on an ISO file doesn't do it -- it's not among the listed actions.

If it's installed, it'll be in the Applications or Utilities area of the KMenu.

Start the Startup Disk Creator first from the System menu, and then select the ISO and target from within its GUI.

There should be a way to associate a .ISO file with Startup Disk Creator, but I don't see one in the Settings -> System Settings menus.

I do not think it is installed by default any more , the package name is "usb-creator-kde" , install with
        Code:
        sudo apt install usb-creator-kde
        if you want it.

lots of people hear use etcher now ,,,, https://www.balena.io/etcher/

or you can just use "dd" to write the image to a usb .

or I like mkusb , IF I'm trying to make a live usb with persistence and storage .

        any way ,,,,,,,,,,,,
