k3b and bdmv cert folder how to make a movie bluray

hi,

does anyone know will k3b make a bluray film from a BDMV and certificate folders that is playable on standalone bluray player?

like nero would on windows or roxio toast on osx?

if so is it the case of just...

sudo apt install k3b

or do you need to install mkisofs and other stuff separately ie plugins?

is this the same for all debian based os's? ubuntu / debian?
