I 'Enable' the Bluetooth from the Status & Notifications pane. After enabling, clicking on '+ Add New Device' triggers a scanning for new device routine which returns no results whatsoever.

What Bluetooth device(s) are you expecting to find?Windows no longer obstructs my view.
