Disable KeyRing Password Prompt??

Hi,

I keep getting a dialog every ten minute now
about unlocking the KeyRing with a password.

I never used this KeyRing and want to disable it.
How would I disable KeyRing?

Did you by chance, install SkypeforLinux?

Windows no longer obstructs my view.
