Is Okular in Bionic missing a feature present in Xenial?

In Ubuntu 18.04 Okular printing regression? Multiple pages per sheet with page border the poster can't find a feature in Bionic that was present in Xenial. See https://i.stack.imgur.com/FSkio.png.

It's the row of tabs with Copies, Options, Pages, Job, PDF Options. I checked on my Okular (Installed: 4:17.12.3-0ubuntu1) and the Pages tab is missing.

Is the functionality of the Pages tab available elsewhere in Okular's GUI or has it been removed altogether?

I went through the output of apt-get changelog okular but didn't find anything related.

Edit: could it be due to the move to Qt5?
