I agree. I had been running Neon based on Kubuntu rather than Ubuntu, and despite the fact that I had few problems with that configuration, I decided to install Bionic Beaver with btrfs once the new edition came out. I used Aptik to copy my previous files and configuration and everything works fine! The only thing different is that in Konsole the prompt does not come out in green, but although that would be nice, it's not really important. One of the reasons I decided on Kubuntu was the feedback from people who have tried it. My Neon-dev-stable was not so stable once Plasma 5.13 was added, and I prefer not to wait for the kinks to work themselves out. Kubuntu Bionic Beaver is an excellent OS.
